A potent dark roast, this is our year-round offering to those who are looking for a classic dark profile throughout the year. The constant development of this blend involves the rotation of seasonally fresh coffees that allow us to consistently present a dark roasted coffee that offers strong and satisfying smoky and toasty flavours typical of freshly harvested washed coffees, avoiding the charred and pungent flavours that result from dark roasting out of season green coffee. Unlike our single origin dark roasts that offer a bit more of a distinct taste of place, this blend is designed to have a more consistent flavour through the year.
