We are soooo excited to release this natural wine that was wild fermented in stainless steel tanks in our cellar here @downtownwineryto
This wine is light and funky and perfectly cloudy. Its full of character and acidity with notes of gooseberry and lemon rind. This wine pairs well with afternoon picnics, wild wednesday night parties and sunny sunday mornings.
